ultra modern and refurbished 1 bed had everything you need for a longer stay - including a fully equipped kitchen - hairdryer, and towels. excellent location - within easy reach of the National conference centre - city center - zoo - museums - restaurants. fresh towels and useful videos for easy access to the flat were a nice touch.

I would recomand this spot to everyone visiting Edinburgh. I think it's an interesting place for summer holidays. Marvellous and particularly good location and walk from the train station, so you explore all around Edinburgh.

I traveled to attend a conference in Edinburgh and stayed at this hotel for under 10 minutes' walk to the conference center. The location was excellent, within easy reach of the city center, shops, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment was compact but comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a longer stay. The area was quiet and picturesque. The flat was nicely decorated and the host provided useful videos on how to access the flat.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location was amazing with many attractions nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Having the entire apartment to myself was a plus and the professional host made everything easy.
Oh, how I loved the smell of smoke in the hallway, it really added to the overall experience.

the location couldn't have been better, with the National conference centre just a short walk away. It was also within easy reach of the train station, city centre, zoo, museums, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. the apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed for a longer stay, including a hairdryer, iron, and fully equipped kitchen. the peaceful, picturesque street added to the charm. the apartment was beautifully decorated and the fresh towels were a nice touch. I would highly recommend a stay at Ultra Modern, West End Village, Refurbished 1 Bed and I'm already planning to come back in the summer for a holiday. Cons: Nothing at all 😊.

The location was excellent, within easy reach of the conference center, train station, city center, and various attractions. The facilities in the flat were well-equipped, comfortable, and made my stay enjoyable.
The only service I missed for my work was a reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection.

As party people, we loved the convenient location of the flat. Great size, excellent location for sightseeing. Short walk to bus/tram, 20 minutes to city centre. Well-fitted and tastefully decorated. Comfortable with minor issues. Excellent for conferences, near train station and attractions. Fully equipped for longer stays. Quiet and picturesque street. Useful pre-arrival info and videos. Nice art and cozy living/kitchen area. Nice bathroom and lounge. Clean, well-equipped, good Wi-Fi. Convenient power/USB sockets at bedsides.
